This lightweight, low-profile storage drive affords flexibility in embedded designs while weighing in heavy on capacity and performance. A thin SLC flash device small enough to go unnoticed, the Slim SATA S6 Series delivers capacities ranging from 8GB – 128GB, sequential transfer speeds up to 230 MB/sec. read and 170 MB/sec. write through SATA II, and extended operating temperatures up to -40C~85C.

Commonly known as MO-297 as outlined by JEDEC standards, Emphase Slim SATA S6 Series provides a form factor that is ideal for Nano-ITX, Mini-ITX, and other embedded applications. The Slim SATA S6 Series is at home in highly rugged environments and has been engineered specifically to deliver consistent performance for years, minimizing performance degradation to be almost non-existent with long-term usage.
